A Business Cadet is an articulate, highly-motivated young person who enjoys working with other people. He or she demonstrates initiative and is keen to contribute intelligently to the world of banking and finance.
In your application, you will need to demonstrate the following competencies:
- consistent academic effort and achievement at school
- transferable skills relevant to banking and finance
- evidence of leadership potential
- team involvement at school and/or in the community
- work experience (paid or unpaid)*
- personal motivation
* if you have not had the opportunity to work, we will expect to see fuller involvement in one or more of the other five competencies
